Stunning Success for Lewis Nedas Client Facing £50million SFO Trial
Siobhain Egan represented a director of Arck LLP who signed a SOCPA agreement with the SFO, gave “unprecedented assistance to the Crown,” and received a two-year sentence of imprisonment, suspended for two years, and 130 hours of work in the community. The co-defendant was sentenced to 10 years and 8 months!
