Siobhain represented two individuals, both of whom are professional people, each facing serious allegations of fraud. As a result of detailed written representations to the respective prosecuting authorities concerned, both sets of proceedings were discontinued. Had either of these clients been prosecuted, they would have immediately lost their jobs.
