Lewis Nedas have once again received a raft of new instructions in connection with a wide range of matters:

Jeffrey Lewis and Siobhain Egan, working closely with Jasbir Kaur our civil recovery specialist, have been instructed in two separate matters concerning the tracing/freezing of stolen assets/monies from company accounts abroad and in the UK. Both cases involve the systematic theft by senior employees of substantial sums. Employee fraud and theft has massively increased since the beginning of the financial crisis, sadly because of government cutbacks, victims find that the authorities are slow to react upon receipt of a criminal complaint, and increasingly, because of budget cuts do not have the resources to deal with this huge wave of fraudulent activity.

This means that losers have to act quickly to protect their position and ensure that the monies/assets are not dissipated by the offender. We can help with this situation, we can react quickly and know which is the quickest, most cost effective legal action to take.
