Major Conspiracy to Defraud Instruction for LNL & Miles Herman
Miles Herman has been instructed in a major conspiracy involving a large-scale theft of mobile phones on the underground. The Organised and Financial Crime Unit of the BTP are investigating and nine defendants have been charged.
Our client faces charges of conspiracy and two offences under the Proceeds of Crime Act, and is to appear at Southwark Crown Court for trial.
