1. Siobhain Egan acted for a businessman and a banker both investigated for dishonesty and fraud. After submitting detailed representations, the matter was dealt with by way of a civil remedy;

2.Siobhain also acted for a consultant doctor, who was prosecuted for an offence of systematic pharmaceutical fraud over a period of over three years. Detailed mitigation, collated by Siobhain, was put forward on the defendant's behalf by the excellent Mark Cotter QC. The Court sentenced our client to a Conditional Discharge much to the relief of our client.
