Tony Meisels and the Lewis Nedas team had a great success at the Old Bailey on Monday 18th February in gaining the quashing of the Indictment in a "cold case DNA rape case". Tony instructed senior and well known Counsel, Dee Connolly of Old Bailey Chambers, who successfully argued to have the case dismissed as the extremely complex DNA evidence was not sufficient to be left to the Jury. A much relieved and innocent man walked free from court having been remanded in custody for weeks awaiting the outcome of this detailed and intricate submission.
