Miles Herman and the excellent James Stansfield of counsel successfully represented an individual facing extradition back to Poland.
Following a hard fought contested hearing the Court discharged the defendant on Section 8 grounds.
This was a case where attention to detail was the key, and supporting evidence from witnesses was vital to the success.
