Yet another success for Jeffrey who represented a businessman, who faced substantial VAT prosecution spanning many years.
It was a complex case, and after submitted detailed mitigation the Sentencing Judge ordered that a suspended term of imprisonment should be the appropriate sentence for the long running offence.
