Miles Herman represented an individual arrested in connection with being concerned in the supply of a significant quantity of class A drugs. The matter was investigated by the Serious Crime Organisation – Middle Market Drugs Partnership.

As a result of excellent advice provided at the police station stage of proceedings, a decision was taken not to prosecute this individual with offences which, had he been convicted of, would have resulted in a substantial prison sentence.
